when we hear this term, what comes to mind is a picture of a man harassing a woman without considering the vice versa.
It is not false to say women harass fellow women, women harass men and men harass fellow men.
Statistics have shown that men do not report their experience because they believe they won't be taken seriously. Also, the society requires them to be manly and as such they shouldn't feel harassed by sexual advances.
Gender equity should not be one sided, While we fight for the women, let's protect the men.
